Tucked inside a serene gated community, it’s perfect for families or friends looking for comfort and convenience. The villa offers 3 AC bedrooms, high speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and cosy spaces to relax or work. We have 1 bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for seniors. Other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. We can accomodate up to 8 people comfortably. The sparkling pool of the gated community is just a few steps from the villa. With towels, toiletries, condiments, and parking included, this is the ideal place to just relax. The villa is a 20 minute drive from Madgaon station and about 30 minutes from Dabolim airport. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. We can provide a cook or catering services as per your needs, at an extra charge. We don’t allow pets at this villa. These 1 and 2 bedroom brand new apartments, opened in November 2022. Located in the heart of Baga-Calangute area, they are just a short walk from several restaurants, shops, bars and other conveniences. The beach is also a 10 min walk away. Each apartment has a well appointed bedroom with AC, kitchen area and living room with a sofa bed. The 1 bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 persons and the 2 bedroom apartment takes maximum 6 people. Kitchen utensils, induction hot plate etc. can be provided for long stays. The apartment complex has a lovely pool and there is also a restaurant to cater for all meals. Parking is limited for guests and provided on first-come-first-served basis.
